Detached farmhouse. C16-C17, C18-C19. Close-studded and square
timber framing with rendered and unpainted brick infill. Red tile
roof, brick stacks. Two storeys and attic. T-shaped plan with
C18-C19 lean-to and extension at rear. Principal gable on right,
partly refaced in brick, projecting forward slightly from facade.
Five-bay, 3-windowed facade lit by 2 and 3-light metal casements
with glazing bars. C20 timber-framed lean-to porch left of
projecting gable, part-glazed C19 front door within. Early plank
door down steps to cellar lower left. Jettied, close-studded
left gable-end with blocked ground floor and garret windows.
Projecting right gable-end stack, lateral stack rear left.
Interior not inspected. (Forthampton Estate).
