3/94 Store, cider-milling house and
shelter shed, Old Farm


Store, cider-milling house and open-fronted shelter shed. C17-
early C18 and C19. Store; square-panelled timber-framing with
unpainted brick infill, weather-boarded left gable-end. Cider-
milling house and open-fronted shelter-shed, blue lias. Red tile
roofs. Rectangular timber-framed store right with blue lias cider-
milling house at left gable-end, open-fronted shelter-shed attached
left. Timber-framed store; 2 storeys, central plank door flanked
by C20 4-pane frosted lights. Openings for other windows original
but unglazed. Central plank door to cider-milling house on left.
Five-bay open-fronted shelter-shed set back left.
Interior of timber-framed store; flat-chamfered beams with moulded
stops suggesting previous domestic use for building. Cider-milling
house retains cider-mill with yoke for horse.
