SO 82 NW HASFIELD GREAT HOUSE LANE

Detached house, mid C17-early C18, C19 and C20. Square-panelled
timber-framing with unpainted brick infill on blue lias plinth,
left gable-end rendered, brick extension, red tile roof, brick
stacks. L-shaped plan with wing projecting fowards left. C19
extension onto right gable end. C20 lean-to extension attached on
right, not of special interest. Main body; 2 storeys and attic,
irregular fenestration, 2-light casements, respecting framing, to
main body. Small hatch-above plinth in forward facing gable end
left. C20 plank door in right hand wall of forward facing gable.
C19 single-storey extension in brick on right gable end lit by one
2-light C20 metal casement. Plank door right with partly blocked
segmental-head surround. Projecting gable-end stacks from main
body.
