Two barns. C18 and C20. Brick, smaller barn with blue lias
plinth, corrugated asbestos roofs formerly thatched). Large barn
incorporating stabling, running away from farmhouse, connected via
C20 single storey stables/loose boxes to smaller barn at right
angles. C20 stables/loose boxes not of special interest. Large
barn: single storey, haylofts at either end. Pitching window to
hayloft in south gable end. Facade facing yard: central double
plank door, stable door left, pitching door right of central double
doors, stable door with segmental head lower right, two timber tie
plates beyond. Ventilation slits in side walls of both barns (some
blocked).
Interior of large barn: 6 bays with original queen strut roof with
collar and double purlins.
Interior of smaller barn: 3 bays with collar and tie beams.
