Signpost at junction with Lane to White End

II

Signpost. Probably early C20. Stone; timber. Post having 3
arms. Stone base, smaller concrete one above; tapered hexagonal
wooden post painted alternate black and white bands. Short arms
with curved braces below, rising from timber corbels: concave ends
to arms, cover strip at top. Head to post above slightly enlarged,
with moulded cap above. Sans serif lettering, 'GLOUCESTER /
HASFIELD / QUAY'.
