Detached house. C19. Coursed squared and dressed limestone.
Concrete tile roof with brick stacks. Symmetrical, 2-storey, 2-
windowed facade. All two-light casements with leaded panes and
dressed stone lintels. Central fielded 4-panel door. Hipped roof
with tall lateral stacks from right and left-hand returns. Spear-
headed railing with stanchions with urn finials. Included
principally for group value. Interior not inspected.
