Former wing to The Priory (q.v. the High Street), now under a
separate occupation. Mid C18, extended 1886. Coursed squared and
dressed limestone, stone slate roof. Concrete tile on lean-to
extension at rear. Ashlar stacks (restored C20) to main body.
Brick stacks to C19 extension. Rectangular main body with single
storey extension to right and late C19 extension rear left. Main
body; 2-storey, 3-bay facade. Two 12-pane sashes within wide
flush frames and finely dressed stone surrounds lower left. C20
plank door with studded fillets to right with narrow glazed hall-
lights either side. Almost continuous stopped hood over hall
lights and door. Two 3-light stone-mullioned casements (probably
C19) with hollow-chamfered stone mullions to first floor. Central
bull's-eye window with decorative leaded panes and decorated glass
at centre within a rectangular carved leaf decoration in upper
spandrels and floral decoration in lower spandrels. Similar
bull's-eye window in rear wall. Flat coping at right gable end.
