Detached house. Early C19. Rendered brick. Flat roof with cream-
coloured brick stack. Rectangular plan. Two-storey, 3-windowed
facade. All 12-pane sashes. C19 four-panelled door lower left now
with two upper panels glazed within decorative wrought-iron porch.
Band between floors. Parapet with moulded cornice. Interior not
inspected.
