Barn. C17. Square-panelled timber framing formerly with wattle
and daub infill, now weatherboarded although there is a small area
of brick infill and the gable end facing the lane is now rebuilt in
C20 breeze blocks below head height. Corrugated-iron roof
(formerly thatched). Rectangular plan with smaller timber-framed
extension of a similar date at gable end away from road. Lean-to
against west wall not of special interest. Formerly with double-
width doorway in west side. Smaller doorway remains in wall
opposite. Stable door towards left gable end of west side. Small
window panel with uprights remaining from former wattle and daub
infill towards north end of east side. Interior; 3 bays. All
roof trusses original with collar and braced tie beams. Inclined
queen post trusses. Flag threshing floor.
