The Old Rectory

Semi-detached house (attached to St Lawrence q.v.). Early-mid
C19. Rendered brick with incised render. Slate roof.
Rectangular main body with extensions at right angles at rear.
Two storey, 3-windowed facade. Sixteen-pane sashes with moulded
wooden architraves to first floor. Cross-mullioned French windows
with glazing bars to ground floor either side of C19 panelled
double doors (panelling now only remains at the bottom) under a
flat-roofed porch. First bay of right-hand return bowed with
curved French doors to the ground floor and a bowed 12-pane sash
within a moulded architrave to the first floor. Interior not
inspected.
