2/9 Unidentified monument in the
churchyard, about 1.5m north of
west end of north aisle, Church
of St Michael
'Chest' tomb. Probably C15. Stone. Apparently single piece of
stone, weathered, eroded top, moulded edge, 6 quatrefoils to sides,
with raised moulding, single quatrefoils on ends, moulded base, set
on plain stone plinth. An unusually early churchyard monument.
