GV II
Fountain. Mid C19 for J. Dent. Ashlar. Balustrade around pool,
forming circle with rectangular projections at cardinal points.
Moulded top to plinth, balusters, moulded handrail. Fountain a jet
in centre of pool, from near water level. Forms group with Castle,
Chapel and terrace wall, (q.v.).
