4/1 Crickley Hill Farm

Detached house. C18, C19 and C20. Coursed squared and dressed
limestone; stone slate roof; ashlar stacks. Rectangular main
body with two 'L'-shaped extensions to the rear. Main body: 2
storeys, attic and cellar. C19 extension: 2 storeys. C20
extension: single storey. Symmetrical 5-windowed entrance front
lit by 2-light double-chamfered stone-mullioned casements. Central
C20 studded plank door with fillets and four glazed panes; stone
canopy supported on moulded stone brackets. Windows to the ground
and first floors with leaded panes. Two 2-light dormers. Two-
light stone-mullioned casements with stepped mouldings to the
mullions to the C19 extension to the rear. Flat-chamfered Tudor-
arched doorway to the left-hand return. Roll-moulded coping to
gable ends of the main body. Interior not inspected.
