Detached house. Early-mid C19 altered at a later date. Coursed
squared and dressed limestone and brick; incised render at the
front; slate roof. Rectangular plan. Flat-roofed garage to the
left gable end not of special interest. Two storey, 3-windowed
facade with two 16-pane sashes to the ground floor and three 12-
pane sashes to the first floor. C19 door with flush panels, two
glazed, off-centre right, hall light over under curving hipped tin
canopy. Gable-end stacks. Interior not inspected.
