Semi-detached house adjoining No 25 (q.v.). Coursed squared and
dressed limestone plinth indicates the house was probably
originally timber framed and later encased or rebuilt in brick;
left gable end coursed squared and dressed limestone; concrete
tile roof; stump of ashlar stack now rebuilt in brick.
Rectangular main body with later extension at right angles to the
rear. Roadside front: segmental-headed 3-light casement to the
left, plank door towards the left gable end; blocked door to the
left. Two C20 gabled eaves dormers with plastic frames and no
glazing bars. Axial stack. Interior not inspected.
