17/201 Poplar Farmhouse

Former barn now converted for domestic use. C17. Square-
panelled timber framing with rendered and painted brick infill and
some weather-boarding; coursed squared and dressed limestone;
thatched roof with decorative ridge thatching. Rectangular plan.
C20 stone-built range linked in the former barn via a weather-
boarded extension, not of special interest. l½ storeys.
Roadside front: stone part to left with two C20 two-light
casements; six 2-light and one single-light casement to the
timber-framed part. Half-hipped gable ends. Interior not
inspected.
