A service block for Seafield, now detached. Early C19. Rendered, with a
slate roof. There is a blank wall bordering Warblington Road, but the
elevation (west) towards Seafield is of 2 storeys, 1.3 windows. Roughcast
wall with stucco features; hoodmoulds, quoins, pointed lights to coupled
windows. Casements. The stable pint at the north side has a hayloft door
above a carriage door, and a plain door next to the house with a fanlight of
lozenge panes.
