Pair of small houses. Circa 1820. Stucco, with a hipped slate roof.
Symmetrical front (south) of 2 storeys, 2 windows. Moulded architraves,
and cill brackets. Later casements. The west elevation (37) has
2 windows and a wood doorcase, with an open pediment, broken cornice above
frieze and pilaster, arch with radiating fanlight, and 6-panelled door.
The east elevation (35) has a 2-storeyed porch to the entrance, with through
arches, of painted brickwork.
