GV II

House, with shop. Early C19. Stucco, with a lowpitched hipped (now pantiled)
roof. Symmetrical elevations of 3 storeys, 3 windows to the north and 2
(all but one blank) to the east. Eaves fascia with spaced brackets (square
mutules with circular pattern beneath), 1st and 2nd floor bands, corners having
a plain pilaster at the 2nd floor, quoins to the 1st floor and vermiculated
quoins to the ground floor, eared architraves with vermiculated keys, plinth.
Sashes in reveals. Ground floor late C20 shopfront beneath an older
continuous cornice.
