House and shop. Early C19. Stucco, with a tile roof. Symmetrical front
(north) of 3 storeys, 2 windows. Hipped roof, brick dentil eaves. Plain
eared architraves, large central (late C19) panel. Sashes; bow to the
ground floor at the west side, with a cornice on brackets, 3 light sash:
the east side is a shop-front with a cornice and frieze on end brackets
(above pilasters), enclosing a splayed bay and ½-glazed door beneath a
fanlight.
