House. 1935, by Connell, Ward & Lucas. Building in the Corbusier style,
of 'concrete and glass'. 2 storeys, with access to the flat roof via a
cantilevered staircase, irregular cubist form. Smooth walls of concrete,
wide and varied fenestration with metal frames. Plain doorway.
