The following building was de-listed on 22 December 2000.


7/34 The Barn, Cottrell


Barn. Dated 1812 but reusing earlier timbers. Built of brick in English bond
with half hipped slate roof. 4 bays with opposite cart entrances in penultimate
bay to south. Decorative diamond shaped brick ventilation slits opening in each
gable. Interior has roof with angled queen struts, ridgepiece and staggered purlins.
Date of 1812 and initials I W S carved on penultimate tie beam to south. Date
of 1607 carved on reused timber forming collar beam under north half hip.
