Circa 1830. Three storeys and basement stuccoed. Roof concealed by parapet
and moulded eaves cornice. Pilasters of full height separate the bays. Three
sashes with glazing bars intact, with triple sashes to the ground floor.
No doorcase on Carlton Crescent elevation.
