Drinking Fountain
SU 41 NW 7/283


1897. Erected by a resident of Southampton to commemorate Queen Victoria's
Diamond Jubilee. Square stone base with granite horse trough on one side.
Two steps lead to iron basin. Panel with shell moulding above. Engaged columns
support entablature with scrolled corners.
