SU 7852 DOGMERSFIELD CHURCH ROAD

1836. 2 storeys, 1:2:1 windows. Hipped slate roofing, with lower ridges to
forward projecting wings. Walling now roughcast, with a plain eaves band, plain
openings (cambered to ground floor), stone cills, plinth. Sashes in reveals.
Centre recess filled at ground floor, almost flush with old porch, which has
a pilastered Tuscan order surrounding an arched entrance containing a fanlight
and six panelled door. East elevation of 1:2 windows, with a large bay on north
slightly projecting side. North elevation of 1:2:1 windows, with gabled ends
and painted brickwork: beneath the gables a bay above a French window.
