Martineau Cottages. Circa 1900. 2 storeys, 3:1 windows. Red tile roof, 1/2-
hipped at west end, gabled at east with a drop to a lower roof which ends as
a 1/2-hipped gable: diaper patterns. Red brick walling (English bond) with wide
rubbed flat arches: part of east end has boarded upper walling. Casements.
2 porches on the front with hipped tile roof on trellis work; entrance is on
the east side, beneath the jettied 1st floor.
