C18. Square block with later extensions. Symmetrical south front of 2 storeys,
3 windows. Hipped red tile roof, brick dentil eaves. Red brickwork in Flemish
bond, 1st floor band, plinth. Sashes in exposed frames. Ground floor has been
brought forward under a hipped tile roof, and incorporates part of old doorcase.
Rear part on the west side has a 2nd and let floor band, rubbed flat arches,
some old sashes, a gabled dormer and a massive projecting chimney stack. The
east elevation is longer and irregular, with a small extension at the south
side at the north side it is now linked to an old stable block, much modernised
on the ground floor, but retaining a wooden bell turret in the centre of a ½-
hipped tile roof.
