1/27 The Malthouse

Late C18, mid C19. Symmetrical front (north) of 2 storeys, 2 windows.
Red tile roof, brick dentil eaves; large tapered stacks at each end. Red
brick walling in lemish bond with blue headers, cambered ground-floor
openings. Square-leaded casements. Modern door in solid frame with moulded
canopy. To the south is attached a later block of 2 and 1 storeys, now
incorporated within the dwelling.
