Early C19. Formal Terrace design of 3 units, each of 3 windows with central
doorway. Slate roof, hipped at ends. Rendered walling to upper floor, painted
brickwork to ground floor. Openings slightly cambered with rubbed arches, the
window above each door being round-headed (Dunley's recently altered). Sashes
in reveals with narrow side panels: each unit has a French door. Plain round-
headed doorways with fanlight, one old door to Thornfield. The design included
a verandah, now missing. Various extensions at the rear of mixed design and
period, the one behind Thornfield being an older block, with partly exposed
timber frame in a gable.
