Late C19. 3 storeys; triple lights, with doorway and 2 windows to ground
floor. Hipped slate roof with eaves on coupled brackets. Stucco walling
with elaborate classical details; cambered openings, keystones tied to
eaves band, architraves, panels, cornice above 1st floor windows on four
brackets, with central segmental pediment. 1st floor band with scroll
ornament. Ground floor openings linked by pilasters, plinth.
