C18. This is a symmetrical design attached in a set-back position to the south
end of Church Cottage. 2 storeys, 1-1-1 windows. Hipped old tile roof, with
moulded cornice, formed as a pediment above the slightly-projecting centre. Red
brick walling in Flemish bond, with rubbed flat arches stone cills, and plinth.
The upper windows are sashes, the central Venetian light being the main feature
of the building. The ground floor has been altered, with a Victorian sash on
the south side, modern double casement in the centre, and to the north side a
small casement and a plain doorway.
