C18, C19. A small house of the 1st period, enlarged and raised in the 2nd; 2-storeys
and attic. The symmetrical 'front' (west) of 3 windows has a slate roof behind a
parapet, with one leaded dormer, rendered walls, stone cills, and Victorian sashes:
there is a single-storeyed modern attachment at the north side. Other elevations are
irregular: the central raised roof is hipped, with dormers, the walls are rendered,
there are casements and a few earlier sashes. The south side has a verandah with a
french door.
