Walls End Cottage

C16, C18, C20. Timber framed house of 1.½.2 bays, with a shafted stack in the
½ bay, extended and reclad in the middle date. 2 storeys, fairly regular
fenestration. Thatched roof, ½ hipped at ends, eaves raised slightly above the
upper lights; tiled roofing to the single storeyed modern end blocks. Exposed
arch-braced massive frame, with brickwork infill and other walling, stepped plinth.
Casements. 2 modern gabled porches in brickwork.
