Mid C19. T-shaped 2-storeyed lodge of Gothic style. Steeply-pitched blue tile roof
with scalloped banding and decorative ridge tiles, 3 gables with elaborately scalloped
and cusped bargeboards with decorative finial posts. Single 'Tudor' stack with a
square base and 4 flues, in the form of a cross placed diagonally. Roughcast
walling. Coupled casements with cast-iron lights of lozenge pattern. Porchway with
Tudor arches (sides now glazed), gabled tiled roof with scalloped banding and
elaborately cusped bargeboards. Single-storeyed outbuidling (row linked to the house)
with tiled roof, with scalloped bands, and rendered walls.
