approximately 50 metres
west of Sydmonton Court

Early C19, C20. Now a dwelling, being a U-shaped block, with a main block of 2
storeys, 3.1.3 windows, a north wing to 2 storeys and a south wing of one-storey.
Hipped tile roofing; the gable (with clock face) to the taller projecting centrepiece
has stone verges and brackets between 2 horizontal bands, above it is a hexagonal bell
turret, with leaded ogee top, wood-framed open arcade with a moulded cornice, and lead
flashing to the battered base. Red brick walling in Flemish bond, rubbed flat arches
to the ground-floor openings, stone cills. Sashes in reveals. Modern half-glazed door
beneath a segmental moulded canopy. The north wing is rendered on its inner face,
with 3 garage doorways and 3 stable doors. The south wing is a domestic range.
