1857. Single-storeyed 'Gothic-Orne' cottage with a symmetrical front (south), having a gabled porch with a pointed-arched entrance, with a window on each side. Roof of scalloped tiles. Walls hung with tiles, in alternating bands of scallops and hollows, cement plinth. Mullion and transome casements within chamfered stone frames. Four-panelled door with pointed lights to the fanlight.
