Goldfinch Cottage

Mid C19. Symmetrical front (east) of 2 storeys, 2 windows. Hipped tile roof.
Walling of blue brickwork in Flemish bond, with red rubbed flat arches, stone cills,
plinth. Modern casments. Shallow gabled porch with a Gothic arch, plastered
Tympanum, and 6-panelled (2 top glazed) door. The south elevation is completely hung
with scalloped tiles and has a similar porch (now a window) to a former second
dwelling.
