C17, C20. Timber-framed cottage with a modern extension in the same scale, and 2
outshots; one-storey and attic. Tile roof, 2 modern gabled dormers; massive tapered
brick stack at the north end. Exposed frame to part of the walling, with brick infill
and brickwork elsewhere. Casements. Plain door.
