1852. A terrace arranged symmetrically, with a one-bay addition at the north end; 2
storeys, 1.2.2.2 windows. Hipped tile roof, with brick eaves moulding; the north unit
is separate and slightly lower, with a hip to the front, and a brick dentil eaves.
Red brick walling in Flemish bond with flush blue quoins to the openings, rubbed flat
arches, and hood-moulds to the ground-floor. Casements. Shallow porches, with gable
above an oval arch, brick moulded impost, deep pilasters. Above the centre is a
diamond plaque incised 1852. No 35 (and the north unit) has painted brickwork, and
the porch has been exchanged with the north side window (of the original design).
