House. C17 and C18 with large 1939 rear extension and 1965 boiler room. Three bay timber-framed building with frame exposed with square panels, some diagonal tension braces and rendered infill, half-hipped C20 tiled roof replacing thatch and off central C17 brick chimneystack and external C20 brick chimneystack. One storey and attics three windows. All windows were replaced by metal casements with leaded lights in 1939 and this included three large gabled dormers. C20 open timber-framed porch. Internally, the south eastern ground floor room has a spine beam with two inch chamfer but the floor joists were renewed in 1939 and a Tudor style brick fireplace inserted. The northwestern room is an amalgamation of two smaller rooms and retains a spine beam with two inch chamfer and run out stop and original floor joists. Open fireplace with wooden bressumer, breadoven and possible remains of a staircase to the right. Queenpost roof with through purlins. The C20 brick extensions to the rear are not of special interest.
