Pioneer House

Early C19. Formerly a maltings, a brewery and a bakery; a long 2-storeyed block with
4 upper windows. Slate roof, brick dentil eaves. Red brick walling with a series of
8 horizontal flint panels, with brick quoins surrounding the openings, cambered on the
ground floor. Modern casements and doors. The north side has been modernised.
