C18, early C19. The front part probably started off as a cottage, and was extended to
become a stable and utility block to serve the later house. Long range at
right-angles to the roadway, of 2 storeys, and irregular openings. Slate roof. The
north (inner) elevation has exposed timber-framing to the west side, with brick
infill, the other walling being of flint with brick dressings (quoins and bands).
