C17, C18. Long narrow timber-framed house, with an older middle part and later
outshots to each side. One storey and attic. Thatched roof, brought to a low eaves at each end and unevenly to the rear, with eyebrows and small dormers. The front (south-east) is symmetrical with 2 windows on each side of a central doorway and 5 upper windows less evenly-spaced, the frame on this side being faced in red brickwork, Flemish bond, with simple end pilasters merging with a plinth, cambered ground-floor openings. The rear wall has exposed timber-framing brick nogged. Modern casements and traditional doors.
