C18, C20. Two storeys, 5 upper windows. Hipped tile roof; shafted stack (suggesting
earlier origin). Red brick walling, the oldest section in Flemish Garden Wall bond,
with some modern replacement in stretcher bond; cambered ground-floor opening to
accommodate 1, 2 and 3-light windows. Early C19 metal casements. On the front is a
plain boarded door (No 2) in a solid frame, the south end has a weather-boarded outshot
and side entrance. The rear is modern, with 3 dormers and outshots on each side, of
matching style.
