Nos 3 and 4

St Mary's Church)
1828. Pair of cottages being a long block with a late C19 extension (of one window) at
the south side of the former symmetrical arrangement of 4 windows. Two storeys.
Hipped slate roofing. Red brick walling with Flemish bond (blue headers), cambered
openings; the middle section of the ground-floor has 4 arches, the 2 inner with
windows, the outer doorways. Casements. Half-glazed arched doors. In the centre is a
flush stone oval plaque inscribed GPJ 1828.
