C17, C18, and modern. Two storeys, irregular fenestration. Timber-framed house with extension at the south end, and single-storeyed modern utility wing at the north-east corner. Old tile roof, 1/2-hipped at ends, shafted stack. Exposed frame with red brick infilling and the walling (Monk and Flemish Garden Wall bonds), cambered openings to later part, plinth. Casements; one small old metal window above the west door. Plain doorways.
