C17, late C18, early C19. Two storeys and attic; 2 unequal gables to the front
(east). House of several periods, the oldest part a timber frame, with a
slightly-larger block (to the south) of the last date. Steep tile roof, with a shafted
stack, slate roof of lower pitch above the later block. The old part has rendered
walling, a plinth, and old windows; the other painted brickwork, Dutch flat arches,
cement plinth. Casements. Wide brick porch with rusticated quoins. Modern
extensions.
