C17, and modern. One storey and attic. Tile roof, with outshots at each end, 2 front and one rear dormers with hipped roofing. Exposed timber frame at rear with painted brick infill; the upper front wall has an exposed frame with red brick infill and other walling. Casements. Plain door.
