C19. A building of excessive rustic style, one-storey and attic. Red tile roof,
½-hipped at the west and gabled at the east, a dormer on the south side is hung with
scalloped tiles. Red brick walling in Monk, Flemish and English bonds, a dentil line
in the gable at eaves level, a high plinth, and a projecting stepped stack rising above
the gable, a blank window on the south side has a rubbed flat arch. The west end is
partly an open porch, with a staircase at the north side, a blocked entrance, scalloped
tile hanging in the ½-gable, with a window. Included for group value.
