Circa 1900, by Lutyens. Designed as a symmetrical pair with unequal rear wings. The
front (south) is of one-storey and attic, 2 windows. Tile roof, massive central stack,
2 tile-hung gabled dormers. The ground-floor has 2 bays, incorporating glazed entrance
doors. The east wing, has 2 large 1/2 dormers with mullioned and transom lights,
cambered openings to the ground floor. Large porch. The west wing is a
single-storeyed minor projection, ending in a stack. Leaded casements.
